Patrick Schwarzenegger is celebrating a decade of love with fiancée Abby Champion, sharing a sweet birthday tribute to her on Instagram on February 28. The 31-year-old actor marked Champion’s 28th birthday with a series of photos highlighting their 10-year romance.
“Happy birthday to my queen! My ride or die. Crazy to think we fell in love 10 years ago!! So proud of the human you are. You continue to inspire me,” Schwarzenegger wrote alongside the post. “I love watching your dedication to your family, friends, faith, and your work. The couple, who got engaged in December 2023, shared several snapshots from their relationship. The post began with an adorable close-up of Schwarzenegger kissing Champion’s cheek, followed by wider shots showcasing their stylish outfits. One photo captured the couple near water, while another showed them coordinating in pastel hues during an outing.
However, it was the last set of photos, which showcased the couple in their younger years, that Schwarzenegger jokingly admitted might get him in trouble. “I’m gonna get in trouble but the photos at the end are so funny to see now. Love you chomppppp @abbychampion,” he quipped. The throwback photos included selfies and a snap of them at a football game, offering a glimpse of their journey together.
Reflecting on their relationship in a previous interview with PEOPLE, Schwarzenegger shared that growing up together made their bond even more special. “Over the course of the years, I just continuously fell in love with her more and more, with the kind of human that she was becoming,” he said. “We’ve grown a lot together… both personally and professionally.”
