“Buffalo’s Vengeful Triumph: When the Hunter Becomes the Hunted”

October 3, 2023 by admin

An injured lion was killed by a large, powerful, angry herd of wild buffalo in Kruger National Park in South Africa.

The lone lion tried to stay away from the large herd of wild buffalo gathered in the grasslands.

But by mistake, the lion went against the wind and the buffaloes smelled it. Immediately, the whole herd pulled towards the predator with a ferocious look.

The injured lion tried to run away a few days ago but was unsuccessful.

At times it tried to hide under the tall grass to hide but was quickly discovered.

The wild buffalo caught up with the lion and quickly trampled it to death.

The battle caught the eye of ranger Lyle Gregg.

Lyle Gregg confirmed the lion was dead after the attack.

The ill-fated lion has four cubs that have reached adulthood and have begun mating, Lyle Gregg added.
