LIV Golf has announced that they will head to two new venues in 2025, with the breakaway league revealing events in South Korea and Indianapolis for their fourth campaign.
The trip to South Korea will see LIV host an event in the Asian nation for the very first time, taking place at Jack Nicklaus Golf Club, the setup that held the DP World Tour’s Genesis Championship last month. The move has been welcomed by league CEO Greg Norman, who said in a statement: “LIV Golf is growing across the globe in new and returning markets, and our 2025 schedule is a testament to
Bringing LIV Golf to South Korea is another significant milestone as we continue to expand throughout Asia, and our inaugural event in Indy will be a perfect match for a community steeped in sports history and tradition.”
Norman has been a long-time trailblazer in taking LIV and men’s professional golf to all corners of the world, and their decision to pitch up in South Korea is a testament to that. The breakaway league is set to reduce their pit stops in the United States, but Wednesday’s announcement says a new U.S.-based event added to the schedule.
LIV confirmed their first-ever tournament in Indianapolis which will be held at The Club at Chatham Hills, where the league’s season-long race for the individual title will come to an end. “The Leagues 2025 Individual Championship will take place August 15-17 at The Club at Chatham Hills in Westfield, Indiana,” a press release confirmed.
“The seasons final individual event will feature players battling for the coveted title of 2025 LIV Golf League Individual Champion and securing Lock Zone positions for 2026. The trip to Indy will also be the last chance for players to earn points and avoid relegation while team seedings for the 2025 Team Championship will be determined.

“Chatham Hills’ renowned Championship course, the final design by legendary architect Pete Dye, will offer a challenging test for the Individual Championship.” This move will see the league’s regular season come to an end one month earlier than 2024, which finished in Chicago in September of this year.
The venue and date of the season-ending Team Championship are yet to be confirmed, with Dallas’ Bolingbrook playing host in 2024. The Dallas event has been moved into the regular season, and will now take place much earlier in the season, between June 27-29.
Elsewhere, LIV’s venture into Europe will once again coincide with The Open Championship, which will take place at Royal Portrush in 2025. As was the case this campaign, LIV Andalucia will be hosted at Valderrama a week prior to The Open between July 11-13, with LIV UK then returning to JCB Golf and Country Club the week following the final major of the year.
“Were excited to build on the tremendous success we had last year at new LIV Golf venues in Chicago, Dallas, and the UK, where we set new league attendance records and saw dramatic competition on the course,” Norman added. “And our partnership with Andalucía continues to deliver a memorable experience for players and fans at Valderrama, a one-of-a-kind venue in Spain.
