Homeless Man Cannot Afford To Provide His Senior Dog With Life-Saving Care, So A Stranger Pays The Full Cost

Chris Hughes, a co-founder of the Mr. Mo Project, a group that helps preserve older dogs, was at the clinic when Robert collapsed. Chris promised to pay for all of Ripp’s medical expenses. We phoned the Mr. Mo Project to see how Ripp was doing.

Not only has Robert lately lost his house, but his 14-year-old dog Ripp got ill with pneumonia and required rapid treatment. The homeless man was facing a $4,000 vet bill and counting, which he clearly couldn’t pay. Fortunately, a good man appeared.

“I couldn’t pay the bill… “And I truly adore my puppy,” Robert sobbed in the video below. “And the Mo. Project was quite helpful; they saved my dog… I appreciate it all because I believe he has many more golden years ahead of him. Even though I’m sobbing, I’m still glad [kisses the dog].”

“I couldn’t afford the [$4,000 vet] cost… “And I truly adore my dog,” Robert sobbed in the video.

Fortunately, Chris Hughes of the Mr. Mo Project offered to cover all of Ripp’s treatment expenditures.
